Terms & Conditions

All orders must be paid for in full at the time of the order. Orders cannot be confirmed, nor collection or delivery date booked until full payment is received. All payments are non-refundable.

Payments can be made by online bank transfers.

Price quotations are only valid for 30 days, should you wish to order after this time please reconfirm for a quotation before making payment as prices may have changed.

Once an order is placed, changes to the order, collection or delivery date may only be made at the discretion of Merci Bouqcakes.

Collections from Merci Bouqcakes in Burnham, Buckinghamshire are by appointment only within a pre-agreed 15-minutes window.

In cases where delivery has been agreed, the cost, time and location of delivery will be agreed at the time of the order. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. Orders will not be left outside due to possible damage and if no one is available to accept the order it will be taken back to Merci Bouqcakes Burnham.

Once your order has been collected or accepted on delivery Merci Bouqcakes are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur by incorrect handling, transport, or storage. It is recommended that orders are transported in the foot well or boot of your car and not placed on the seats.

Any concerns regarding your order must be raised within 24 hours of taking collection for us to help you reach a resolution. Replacement or Refunds will not be considered without the return of your original order.

Products are best stored in a cool dry place away from heat & sunlight and best consumed within 3 days.

In extreme circumstances goods maybe held up to 24 hours to allow for reschedule collection. This is at the discretion of Merci Bouqcakes and dependant on availability.

In the unlikely event of Merci Bouqcakes being unable to fulfil an order due to exceptional circumstances, a full refund will be given with the same payment method.

Unless specified otherwise, all cakes contain gluten, eggs, and dairy products. All allergens are declared on our pre-packaged goods. Whilst no nuts are included in any of our recipes, the cakes are produced in a kitchen that handles nuts and where nuts may have been used in other products.

It is your responsibility to disclose any allergies to Merci Bouqcakes prior to placing your order. If an order is placed without disclosing an allergy and an allergic reaction is experienced, Merci Bouqcakes cannot take any responsibility.

As each cake is handmade, exact colours and details will vary from order to order and it is not always possible to exactly replicate cake designs or flowers from photographs. Whilst Merci Bouqcakes will try to meet any specific requirements, the final design will be unique and at the discretion of Merci Bouqcakes.

Merci Bouqcakes reserves the right to use any image of cakes made by them for any purpose. Customers may also post images of any cakes on social media if they are appropriately attributed to Merci Bouqcakes in a positive manner.

Merci Bouqcakes retains personal information provided with the order to allow for the fulfilment of the order and as required for tax purposes. Merci Bouqcakes may also use this information to contact you about Merci Bouqcakes promotions or services. If you do not wish to be contacted, then you may opt out at any time. No personal information is passed on to any third parties.
